Social distancing is proven useful to decrease transmission rates of COVID19. in particular, using technology in the context of social distancing is a great idea to maximize its effect. With the growing cases of infected individuals every day, some hospitals and healthcare facilities can't accommodate more patients. And with the rise of new variants, this worsens the problem we are currently facing right now. Aside from that, people lack knowledge about COVID-19 and don't know the importance of practicing social distancing. The importance of the study is to help people monitor social distancing, especially in confined and close-contact settings, and provide knowledge about COVID-19 and ways to mitigate its transmission. The researchers selected a developmental research design since it has different emphases in terms of how generalizable or contextually specific the results are, whereas the methodology employed was Agile development methodology. It promotes development flexibility by concentrating on iterations and incorporating input for improvement, since it can adapt to changes in order to fulfill the user's demands for enhanced functionality and efficiency. Furthermore, the researchers employed document file sharing and in-house questionnaires to determine if the current study's objectives were suitable for the demands of the public, and the statistical treatment of data used is the arithmetic mean formula. The study met its specified objectives, which are to develop an application that can control a device for social distancing with log history for monitoring, provide helpful information about COVID-19, make a wearable and portable device, and evaluate the system based on functionality, reliability, portability, and effectiveness. The system was evaluated as "very great extent" by IT experts and random respondents who tested and assessed it. It provides good feedback from the IT experts and indicates that the project can be used for a queue, transportation services, or similar activities.
