MUÑNOZ, MBM PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Tutz and Joy Meat Store Enterprise which is located at Pampang Market, Angeles City, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects. Also, this study intended to identify and analyze the problems encountered, to give feasible solutions and to offer recommendations to the existing problems. The latest information regarding the industry was acquired through the internet and other reading sources, including books, magazines, and the library of Pampanga State Agricultural University. This study employeda descriptive methodology to lean more about Tutz and Joy Meat Shop performance through in-person interviews. Personal interviews with the owner of Tutz and Joy and some of their workers were used to collect primary data.
