This study aimed to describe the personal values of resto bar employees in Angeles City. Specifically, it sought to find out the profile of the respondents in terms of educational attainment, gender, job position, age, and monthly income, to describe the importance of personal values of the respondents in terms of being professional, in community, financial, family, social, spiritual, physical, and intellectual. Findings showed that majority of the respondents were high school graduates, males, waiters/waitresses, 25 years old and below, and had monthly income of 5,000 pesos. The enlisted personal values were viewed as somewhat important by the respondents and personal values of employees had a great effect on how they would give a high-rated job performance to make the customers feel satisfied and gratified with the service of an establishment.
