This study development and validation of supplemental instructional videos for health optimizing physical education 4 is for the students in the Division of Tarlac Province. The development of the supplemental instructional videos involved the selection of the content based on the Department of Education's most essential learning competencies. The supplemental instructional videos was evaluated essential by 10 experts using the Evaluation Instrument for DE and ODeL provided by the Graduate Studies of Pampanga State Agricultural University. The development phase of the Supplemental Instructional Videos covered ten themes from the HOPE 4 curriculum. Module Overview, Learning Objectives, Pre-Activity, Discussion, Assessment Activity, Post-Activity, Additional Readings and References, and Teacher Remarks are in each module. The supplemental instructional videos integrated all the topics and came up with eight Most Essential Learning Competencies. Upon identifying the content, videos were immediately produced for initial validation of experts then a revision was held to suit the recommendation and suggestions of the expert for finalization of the videos. Based on the recommendations, subjects taught by Senior High School teachers may be enriched with the use of supplemental instructional videos and teachers of the subject Health Optimizing Physical Education 4 (HOPE 4) may access the Supplemental Instructional Videos for Health Optimizing Physical Education 4 (HOPE 4) for their use Keywords: developed and validated: instructional videos of H.O.P.E. 4.
