June 2023. "PSAU Biker's Portal. Adviser: Mr. James Bryan T. Roman This study entitled "PSAU BIKER'S PORTAL" aimed to develop a Biker's Portal for the students of Pampanga State of Agricultural University that can be accessed online and allows them to rent and buy a bicycle. It also has information and troubleshooting tips on how to repair bicycles. It has two types of payment method, online payment through GCash and Cash on Delivery. The locale of the study is the Pampanga State Agricultural University. The researchers used different methods to gather information such as questionnaires, textbooks in the library, and the use of the internet to gather all information needed for the development of the system. In developing this system, the researchers utilized Agile Methodology. It was evaluated by IT Experts and the students of Pampanga State Agricultural University. Respondents are composed of three (3) IT Experts, one (1) officer of Office of Business Affair (OBA) and 64 students at Pampanga State Agricultural University. After evaluating the data, the researchers concluded that the objectives needed to be achieved have been met. PSAU Biker's Portal is functional and helpful based on the results received from the IT Experts with an overall mean score of 4.48. The user's feedback, which had an overall mean score of 4.77, led the researchers to draw the conclusion that the website attained the reqired functions and accomplished its objectives supporting the consumer's response of Strongly Agree.
