Miranda Health has always remained at the top of everyone's priority list. Many college students are struggling to maintain their health. The developed system, entitled "Hale and Healthy: Nutrition and Health Guide for PSAU-CHEFS Students Using Android Application," is a tool to help minimize the problems in health encountered by the locale of this study. The problems that were encountered include being unable to have a proper diet, having difficulty finding time for workouts, and a lack of information and knowledge about nutrition in mobile health applications. The researchers used different techniques, such as interviews, Internet searches, and a Google Fom survey, for the development of the study. For the design and development of the system, the researchers used different software, such as Visual Studio and Android Studio. The methodology used by the researchers was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and to determine the design and flow of the system, different diagrams were also used, such as the context diagram, use case diagram, and data flow diagram. Based on the results of the statistical analysis of 30 respondents who evaluated the functionality of the system, the researchers gathered a score of 4.9 with the interpretation of "very satisfied." It was concluded that the health guide, an Android application, really helps the respondents in achieving and changing their lifestyle into a healthy one. The result implies that the study met all the objectives.
