ADVISER: RodelR. Pentocostes The study entitled "Customer Relationship and Project Management" aimed to design and develop an application that contains a CRM system for their locale's calI center agents, operations manager, and project developers of CKSD Outsourcing Solutions. The objectives of the study are: to develop a system that will help the agents in responding back to their customers, providing knowledgebase to the customers and clients depending on the product, to generate reports for the operations to submit to their clients for invoices generation of their agreement, and for project developers to work on the client's feature and function requests and provide specific timeline of the deadline. Observation, interview, questionnaire, library research and internet research were the research instruments used in data gathering. The primary data collected in presented questionnaires interpreted by the used of statistical procedure. Most of the respondents agreed that the system would be beneficial for them. By this way, the researchers came up to the conclusion of developing the study to improve the traditional way of teaching the students. Through the development of the study, the researchers use Data Flow Diagram (DFD), System Flowchart and Context Diagram to examine and determine the flow and output of the program. The researchers used Java as their programming language in designing the system Through testing, the approval of the functions of the applications was validated by the users. The researchers collected a good result in the survey conducted and the study gathered a grand mean of three which means the respondents agreed that the Customer Relationship and Project Management System will be reliable and helpful for the production.
