The study was conducted on February 2020 to March 2020, the respondents were selected from the three municipalities in Pampanga that produce com, namely Mexico, Magalang, and Arayat. The result shows that majority of the 70 com farmer-respondents are 61 to 70 years old, married, males and high school graduates. For the household members, 54.29% of the respondents had a size of 1 to 5 household members. In terms of farm size, 21 or 30% of the respondents had 3 hectares of a cornfield. For land preparation. 82.86% are using modern farm machineries. For the farm expenses, 35.71% spend 225.000 to 230,000 per hectare. A majority of respondents are practicing direct seeding hybrid com (84.28%) and Bt corn (82.86%) who produce 50 to 100 cavans per hectare (62.71%) with the use of pump irrigation (92.86%). More than half (48) respondents sold their produce through a middleman. On the other hand, less than half (47.14%) are borrowing trom money lenders who are able to fully pay their loans (65.72%). Fifty-one (51) respondents employ pick-up as a method of selling their produce amounting from 280,000 to ®100.000 (45.71%) and generating a profit of 240,001 to 250,000 (40%) from selling at 210.01 to B15 per kilogram (47 respondents). Few (8) respondents sell per piece of com at a price of Bl to BS per piece. A majority of respondents sell their corn dry to buyers or traders (74.29%). In terms of packaging, majority of the respondents are using sacks with 64 (91.43%) of them selling all their harvested corns. All respondents (100°o) applied inorganic fertilizers to increase production. They complain about the high cost of inputs and natural disasters. Majority (53 respondents) said they do not receive government support. Respondents should attend trainings and seminars where they can learn other marketing strategies which the LGU (Local Government Unit) should organize as part of their extension services to corn farmers, among others. Agriculture should be promoted to the farmers' children and there should be no corn importation during peak season. Government should encourage its citizens to cosume corn as substitute for rice and make laws and properly implement programs for the interest and welfare of the corn farmers.
