Crisostomo Student admission is playing a very important role in major activities of any university as the basic requirement of the university. Without the students, a university cannot survive. An inefficient admission application system may reduce the number of admitted students in the university because of the slow admission system and delays in the process. The Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) Admission office processes students' applications such as incoming college students, transfer students, and senior high school students. The office also produces a summary of enrollment and trends. Based on the data gathered it was found that the student applicants were not satisfied with the efficiency of the manual process of admission. According to the admission office, the manual process is prone to human errors, records are susceptible to perils such as fire and water, and a longer timeline in the dissemination of application status and results. Because of these problems, the researchers designed and customized a Pampanga State Agricultural University Admission Scheduling System with Email and SMS Notification to quicken the admission process, secure records, and can access anytime anywhere through the use of the internet. Research instruments were used such as interviews, questionnaires, library, and internet research. These methods were used in customizing the system. Based on the results, the researchers came up with a conclusion that the system met the objectives of the study and was beneficial to the Pampanga State Agricultural University Admission Office.
