ABSTRACT Paguio, Mark Angelo M., Paras, Wilbert B., and Rodriguez, Hasmine Jade Y., Department of Computer Studies and Automation - College of Engineering and Computer Studies, April 2022, "WEB-BASED 3D CEMETERY MAPPING AND INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH MOBILE INQUIRY MANAGEMENT" Adviser: Ms. JACKILYN B. BACCAY The "Web-Based 3D Cemetery Mapping and Information System with Mobile Inquiry Management" study was presented to the College of Engineering and Computer Studies (COECS). The primary objective is to design and develop a web-based and mobile support system for Bridge to Light Memorial Park Sta. Cruz Concepcion Tarlac to be used for storing and retrieving cemetery customer data and payments. To conduct this study, the researchers used a variety of research methodologies, including collecting data via online research and survey interviews in the study's target location. Researchers use questionnaires, interviews, and internet and library research as research instruments. For the data to be practical, the system employed a statistical measure. Rapid Application Development is used by the researchers to develop the study. The researchers conducted research to gather all of the necessary data to execute the proposed study. With a mean score of 3.8 and 3.97, the respondents and staffs overwhelmingly agreed that the developed system for Bridge to Light Memorial Park was more effective and efficient as a tool for locating client and deceased information. The system includes a payment status, 3D mapping for viewing the cemetery, locating loved ones, making a reservation, and inquiring through a chatbot. This result demonstrated that the newly created system provided a dependable and user-friendly system for the locale. The researchers concluded that the system met both user and locale expectations. The web-based system is extremely advantageous for staff in managing records, lots, and payments, while users can find loved ones, view the cemetery, make reservations, and sending inquiry.
