ABSTRACT Cunanan, Rochelle D., David, Jemuel B., Pagcu, Rime Russel M. Departmentof Computer Studies and College of Engineering and Computer Studies, Pampanga State Agricultural University, Magalang, Pampanga May 2023 "INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR BAPTIST CHURCHES WITH MAP AREA MARKER FOR OUTREACH TEAMS MANAGEMENT". Adviser: Maribel T, Bravo, MECPE Spreading the gospel is the main mission of Baptist Churches - to tell all the people about Jesus. It is the mission that, until now, they are following through. The Philippines is now the country that sends out the most missionaries. That shows how important mission work and church planting is to Baptist churches. This study aims to create an application that will assist missionaries and pastors in fulfilling the Great Commission. The developed system is a web-based application that incudes basic church management features such as a database of mernbers, where admins can continuously add a new record of members and manage their status; and recording of financial giving, both for tithes and mission giving. then immediately adds them to the display of monthly records. It also includes a mapof Dinalupihan, Bataan that shows markers of registered churches and missions and also areas where outreaches are being held. Registered users have the capability of placing markers of their church and their outreaches and also designating teams on outreaches. An attendance recording page is also includedwhere addinga record is as easy as scanning a QR code that corresponds to thelD of a member. If there are visitors or anyone who is not in the database, just input their name to record their attendance. Lastly, church members listed in the database can view their monthly records of tithes and mission giving by also scanning another OR code that is distributed to them by admins. These features and functions are the product of the researchers' collaboration with Open Door Baptist Church of Bataan. The system was tested by the pastor and members of ODBC who were then given a survey to rate the system's features and its usability for Baptist churches. The survey has yielded desirable results, having a mean score of 3.82. This means that members of Baptist churches, as well as IT experts, strongly agree that it is a useful application for church operations. But this system still has more room to improve like havinga more secure way of distributing member information, accommodating a larger area than just Dinalupihan, adding more computing functionalities for displaying financial records, and having customízable map markers.
