SALAZAR : PAMPANGA STATE ANGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY DEGREE :BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP YEAR COMPLETED :JUNE 2023 Vantote bag & Tusok Tusok was located at Canatba, Sapalibutad, Angeles City, Pampanga and its operating hours were from Wednesday - Monday between 8:00am to 6:30pm. The business fim was named "VANTOTE BAG & TUSOK TUSOK" with a tagline "L0OK STYLISH, BE STYLISH". The Vantote bag & tusok tusok business offered tote bag (white& black), Fish ball, kikiam, fries, squid ball, siomia, lumpiang Gulay, lumpiang shanghai, palamig, veggie balls, and bantatay. The products' price ranged from Php. 1.00 to 10.00 depending on the production cost per unit. The initial investment of the entrepreneur was Php. 3,000.00. The problem encountered were: Vantote Bags and Tusok Tusok were run by the owner only so there was a lack of a labor force; (2) he posted on her social media accounts to attract a lot of customers, but no one seems to be interested in her product; (3) customers would visit other stores that sell the same goods due to the supplier's limited supply; and (4) in terms of financial operations, the entrepreneur checked the inventory every day to make sure ofa proper recording. He gave discounts but not that much to avoid net loss, and created a price list on all the products being offered on a daily basis. To circumvent these problems, the owner listed the following solutions: (1) the owner asked the customers to pick-up orders, set-up courier partnered deliveries when there were a lot of customers and delivered the goods herself when there were no customers in the physical store; (2) aside from social media postings, the owner posted a tarpaulin in front of her store to attract customers and simple passers-by; (3) in order not to run out of tote bag stock, the owner decided to make more of it and for her Tusok-tusok business, he looked for more "suki" or trusted suppliers who provided her quality ingredients for the lesser price; and (4) to ensure accurate recording of financial operations, the business owner thoroughly examined the inventory and created a price list for every product being sold. Using the money he had made from the sale, the proprietor added more products.
