The study was conducted in a Small Lumbering Project of Pampanga State Agricultural University located at PAC, San Agustin, Magalang. Pampanga. The study provides information concerning the management of operations in terms of investment, organization, production or operation, marketing and finance. For aspiring entrepreneurs, especially those in trucking. this study provides information that might be needed in building a business. In line with this, for future researchers, who wanted to pursue a similar study. this will serve as a reference paper. The methods used in gathering the primary data were through a series of personal interviews with the owner of Small Lumbering and other employees. Moreover, secondary data were gathered through published materials, other reading materials and research study available in Pampanga State Agncultural ( niversity and on the internet. Specifically. the primary data were the areas of: (1) Organization, which contains of the firm's organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, human resource management; (2) Production, which consist of the area and location, inputs used. production technology, volume of production, process and schedule of production: (3 Investment, which comprise of initial capital and its utilization; (4) Marketing, which represents the 7C's of marketing: and (5) Finance, which includes income statements, balance sheets, and financial ratios. Small Lumbering Project is a sole proprietorship which is property owner is the Pampanga State Agricultural University. Identification and analysis was done regarding organization, production, marketing, and financial aspects of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm and the recommended alternative courses of action: (1) in organization, the work load of the workers it 1s recommended that the firm should hire additional workers; (2) in marketing, the lack in advertisement of the firm and it is recommended that the firm must provide advertisement; (3) in production, the acceptance of emergency orders without Purchase Request, disorganized work place, ignored safety practices, and the lack of lead time based from the evaluation the firm should have their record books, follow safety procedures and provide safety gears for the workers, organize the working place, and plan the lead time for each furniture.
