HERNANDEZ, M.S.A The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of vinegar and rice washed water probiotics on the growth performance of broiler chicken. Following the Complete Randomized Design (CRD) a total of one hundred eighty Cobb broiler chickens were used and distributed into six treatments: Tl - control (A1B1), T2 -8ml of vinegar (A1B2), T3 - 10 ml of vinegar (A1B3), T4 - control (A2B1), T58ml of rice washed water probiotics and T610 ml of rice washed water probiotic. Supplementation of Vinegar and Rice Washed Water (RRW) lasted for 27 days. The results showed that there were no significant differences between final weight, gain in weight, average daily gain in weight, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio and average water intake.
