N1  - VHAL'S MARINATED BAR-BE-CUE is located at San Nicolas 1, Magalang Pampanga, in front of Magalang Plaza and near Pabalan Delicacies. The operating hours were Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The business was named "VHAL'S MARINATED BAR-BE-CUE" with a tagline "Ang Marinated Bar-be-cue na masarap balig baliq-qan". Vhal's Marinated Bar-be-cue offered pork marinated bar-be-cue, chicken marinated bar-be-cue, and beef marinated bar-be-cue. It also offered buko pandan in a tub, fresh /wnpia, ham and cheese sandwich, footlong hotdog sandwich, halo-halo, siomai, mango graham float, and hotdog barbecue. The price of marinated bar-be-cue products ranged from Php 70.00 to Php 230.00. The products' prices depended on the production cost. The problem encountered was (1) on management aspect, the entrepreneur did not manage properly the business; (2) an increase in the price of raw materials which bed to lesser income; (3) inability to deliver orders due to inclement weather condition: (4)     COVID-19 pandemic did not permit her to locate her business in the university campus; and (5) improper recording of inventory. To solve these, the entrepreneur made the following solutions: (1) improvement of the operating hours; (2) scouting suppliers who sold raw materials for cheaper prices but with same quality; (3) , not accepting delivery orders during rainy season; (4) she sought the approval from the Mayor's oftice to locate the business in front of the Magalang Plaza; and (5) recording of inventory daily to avoid     unnecessary problems
