The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of the Goat Farm Project of Pampanga State Agricultural University located at PAC, San Agustin, Magalang, Pampanga. Specifically, the primary data gathered were in the areas of: organization, which consists of the firm's organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, and human resource management; production, which consists of the area and location, inputs used, production technology, volume of production, process and schedule of production; investment which consists of initial capital and its utilization; marketing, which consist of the 7C's of marketing; and finance, which consists of income Statements, balance sheets, and financial ratios. Secondary data were gathered from published materials, other reading materials and research study available in Pampanga State Agricultural University, on the internet, and PSAU Office of the Business Affairs (OBA). The project is owned by the university. Financial statements and ratios were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. Problem and identification analysis was done regarding the organization, production, and marketing operation of the project. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: in organization; (1) The worker was not oriented how to handle inventory; in the production (1) insufficient produce of goats due to lack of breeding stocks; (2) actual procedures are not aligned with the designed production flow chart of activities; (3) inconsistent culling of the old stocks. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the problems encountered and recommendations were given. Based on the evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of the Goat Farm Project, (1) the researcher recommends alternative B wherein the project management must ensure that the employee is properly trained; (1) the researcher recommends alternative A wherein the project manager must constantly monitor the requested budget; (2) the searcher recommends the alternative solution in which the worker must follow the designed production flow chart activities; (3) the researcher recommends alternative A in which, to always follow up on requests for new breeding stocks; (1) wherein the researcher recommends the project management should purchase additional breeding goats (doe and buck).
