JOY's Homemade Food Retailing was located at San Nicolas IT Malang Pampanga near Magalang Institute. 'l he author decided to run the business 1n the said location because it was the only available place and it is also a good location as many motorcycles pass by. The working days and hours were Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 8pm. The business firm was named "JOY's Homemade Food Retailing" because of the good quality and affordable commodities with the tagline "Good Food in your Kitchen." The JOY's Homemade Food Retailing offers snacks like siopao, siomai, juice, sandwich, waffle, halo halo, banana con yelo with sago. Along with her other products is garlic peanut, leche flan, chili garlic paste, ice candy, and her best seller product - kimchi. The problems encountered by the entrepreneur were: (1) In terms of management, the author wants to gain more knowledge about running a business since she first started running a small one; (2) Because of the business's location, the business owner experienced difficulty marketing her goods; (3) The entrepreneur had a difficult time producing her goods since in certain cases, she was only able to make a small amount; (4) The business owner faced financial issues since she didn't record all of her merchandise accurately because there were too many clients at a time. The business owner struggled when there were many customers because she didn't know what to do since she was the only one managing the business, there were times when she forgot to record her inventory. The solutions were: (1) The entrepreneur has overcome her problem with the help of her previous experience because she learned a lot from it and now she knows how to manage her business properly; (2) The business owner received great feedback that is helping her to advertise her products better; (3) In satisfying and retaining her clients, the entrepreneur had to ensure that her items were high-quality; and (4) To avoid data gaps, the entrepreneur made sure to do a daily inventory.
