This study was conducted to develop an android based rabies vaccination scheduling and monitoring system for college of veterinary medicine that would help the doctors and patients to get easier appointment. This will become a tool of the doctors who is handling the clinic. Research Instrument in the form of questionnaire, interview, internet research and library research were used in data gathering: Statistical procedure like percentage and mean were used to analyze and interpret the data collected. The researchers used various types of research instruments such as interview, library and internet research and questionnaires. These instruments were utilized to collect data that made them used differently in the process of system development. Data gathered from the questionnaires become the value of variables and they were processed in statistical procedure, calculating to match the objectives to the target user's satisfaction. Diagrams such as Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Use-Case Diagram and System Flowchart were used to provide visual presentation of the functions, process and flow of the study and the system. Testing was applied upon the completion of the system. Respondents were given questionnaires to evaluate the developed system. Percentage of good responses is high - interpreting that the system is beneficial for them. As the overall output of the study, the developed application was proven as accurate and table tool on online scheduling and monitoring for veterinary medicine.
