This study was conducted from April to June at the researcher study area in General Tinio Nueva Ecija. The goal of this study is to determine the effect of pre-treatments methods in germination capacity and growth capability of Supa. For this study, 450 Supa seeds from Agusan Del Sur were used. The seeds were ordered online and delivered to the participant's residence. In a random complete clocked design, the treatments were put up. Pre-treatments include TO(Control), T1(Boiling Water), T2(Tap Water), T3(Acid Treatment), and T4(Nicking). The treatments were replicated 3 times. The result of supa seeds disclosed that the germination percentage, germinative capacity, germinative energy was not significant, while the energy period was highly significant. Moreover, as the results of this study for the germination of Supa seeds. Based on the calculated mean in germination parameters, T1 got the highest average in germination percentage with a mean of 34%, Germination capacity with a mean of 38.67%. Genminative Energy with 11.61%. In Energy Period T0-(Control) got the highest mean of 24.67%. In Growth Performance, based on the parameter was used in this study, the number of leaves, Plant height and Plant diameter was increases every (10) ten days from Day zero (0) up to the last day of growth performance, Day sixty (60).
