SCHOOL : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY     DEGREE : | BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL     BUSINESS     YEAR COMPLETED : APRIL 2017     Generally, the study was conducted to determine the management practices of Brookside Farms Corporation. Specifically. the study aimed to find the practices involved in managing a business, trace the historical background of the firm and its management activity in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects, analyze the problems encountered and offer recommendation to problems identified. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the owner and other staff of Brookside Farms Corporation. Specifically. the data that were gathered are in the areas of (1) investment which consists of initial capital and its utilization; (2) production which consists of location of production, volume and cost of production: (3) marketing which consists of the 7 C's; (4) management which consists of the organizational chart, duties and responsibilities, hiring, compensation and benefits; (5) finance which consists of income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from different reading materials in the PSAU library such as books, researches and internet access. Brookside Farms Corporation is a corporation. It is located at Km102 Mc Arthur Highway, Anupul, Bamban, Tarlac. It has 13ha lot. The problems of the firm in terms of organization was: high turnover rate. In the production, they encounter unknown diseases that cause to high mortality rate. The problem of the firm in terms of marketing was the rushing of orders. The researcher made alternative courses of action for these problems and offered recommendations for the improvement and success Brookside Farms Corporation. For the problems encountered in organization, the researcher recommends alternative B by increasing the salaries of the employees for them to stay in the company. For the problem encountered in production, the researcher recommends alternative A to prevent the diseases in the farm, the manager should monitor the vaccinators and employees to assure that they are performing their tasks well.
