<br/><br/>A farm practice on swine farm was conducted at Wenjo Gold Farm located at, Sta Maria,     Talimundoc Magalang, Pampanga , from April 17 to May 28,2018.     The said major practice was conducted primarily to expose the student to the actual and hands on management practices of swine production. It also important to the student trainee to apply the acquired knowledge from the classroom to the actual field practice.     The student trainee gained knowledge and skills about the procedures and techniques that are used in swine production, such as semen collection, artificial insemination, tail docking, cutting the needle teeth, castration, and ear notching, a hands on experience in feeding, taking care of the sows during pregnancy,giving birth, giving medications, vitamins and going supplements to the animals.
