Abstract The use of lcarning e-books is one of the numerous suggested remediation techniques for bridging learning gaps. Learners can use e-books as an intervention to improve their comprehension and academic performance. The competency level of the school in science subjects was recognized as failed and fell short of the division school's goal, according to the school's records. The level of students' engagement and motivation in DRRR, a science core subject, obtained negative feedback. This study focused on the development and validation of interactive E-book instructional material in DRRR. The researcher used Kotobee as the software in crafting the instructional materials. The content of the module was identified by 10 subject matter experts from various public schools using the Evaluation Instrument for Content Validity for Distance Education / Open and Distance e- Learning (DE/ODeL). All of the 49 listed learning competencies in DRRR were considered as Essential by the subject matter experts. Following that, the validation process included 10 validators who evaluated four factors: content, design/format, technological, and pedagogical aspect of the module. The developed interactive E-book went through revisions until all criteria were satisfied. The validation results showed that the developed interactive E-book in DRRR is valid and acceptable. Additionally, all the indicators in the mentioned factors were met. Hence the developed interactive E-book in Senior High School DRRR comprise a valid module which may be used by its intended users.
