ABSTRACT TITLE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES OF AUTHOR ADVISER SCHOOL D'EGGSPERT EGG DEALER MA. PRYAM SAMPANG GADDI ANNAR LACSON GONZALES, MBM PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL : UNIVERSITY DEGREE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS YEAR COMPLETED JUNE 2023 : The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of D'Eggspert Egg Dealer which is located at Marbea, Sta. Cruz, Magalang, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects. This descriptive research gives information that may be required in starting a business to prospective entrepreneurs, particularly those interested in the "Egg Dealer Business." This is a resource for upcoming researchers that wish to do related study. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The primary data were gathered through personal interviews to the owner and employees of D'Eggspert Egg Dealer. In specific, the information gathered were in the following areas: (1) Organization, that consists of organizational charts and their duties and responsibilities, the staffing, salaries and benefits and working days and hours; (2) Investment, which consists of investment and depreciation of tools and equipment; (3) Production, which consists the production, the volume and inventory and cost of goods; (4) Marketing, which consists of 7c's; and (5) Finance, which consists of income statement and statement of financial position. The latest information regarding the industry was acquired through the internet and other reading sources, including books, magazines, and the library of Pampanga State Agricultural University. Also, this study intended to identify and analyze the problems encountered, to give feasible solutions and to offer recommendations to the existing problems.
