COSIO, Ph.D. : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHP YELLI'S SNACK STORE with a tagline "nananu tapa, merienda tana" was located at Purok 9, J. Sanchez Road, Sapalibutad, Angeles City, Pampanga. Its operating hours were from Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 7:00pm. The Yelli's Snacks Store offered Bufialo 's MiIk, Doowee Domut, Combi, Cream-O, Fudgee Bar, Choco Mucho, Siomai, Hamburgers, and diferent kinds of drinks, like Sago't Gulaman, lced Tea and Red Tea in a &or disposable cups as well as Arcy's Root Beer, Juicy Lemon and Plhus Juice (Orange and Apple flavors). In addition, Yelli's Snacks Store sold Bikong Kalabasa, Kapit and Tibok-Tibok. The initial investment of the owner was Php4,500. Part of the capitalization came from the Business Plan Implementation (BPI). (1) she encountered difficulty in managing her employee because he was busy in doing other things. There were times that the owner was the one who actually delivered her products to the customers, (2) when the owner ran out of certain products, her customers were going to other vendors to buy same commodities that she had, (3) another problem was the price increase of raw materials. Thus, she had no choice but to increase the prices of her products, (4) sometimes she forgot to record her sales because of many buyers who needed to be served, (5) the main problem that she had was that even though she cleaned regularly, the dust and dirt of her suroundings cannot be avoided because her place was next to the road. The owner listed the following solution: (1) sometimes, her mother had to take over her store, especially when the owner had to do some deliveries to the customers, (2) she bought enough products to make sure that there would be no shortage of her stocks to effectively maintain her customers, (3) the entrepreneur purchased raw materials good for three to four days to save money and refrained returning to the public market to make another procurement to conserve precious capital, (4) she made sure that she recorded every transaction properly, even if she had many customers falling in line for products. The purpose of which was to not get confused with her ledger, (5) make sure that cleanliness was being maintained around her location, she sprinkled the surrounding ground with water to eliminate dusts and made the place cooler.
