This study. entitled "ONLINE VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY USING QR CODE TECHNOLOGY," was conducted to give the office automation on the process of applying for a vehicle pass sticker for the students of Pampanga State Agricultural University. From managing student vehicle information to monitoring the flow of vehicle traffic at the entrance and exit of the school premises. In addition, adding an extra layer of security upon validating if the vehicle pass sticker is the real owner of the said vehicle by using QR-code technology The project capstone was focused on the online registration and management of the information. In this study, the objective of the project is to provide a system that would help the security office manage and automate the old manual and paper-to-paper systems. Throughout this project, the researchers developed and created a mobile application and a system with the help of the Google Suite and QR-code-based identification. Along with making much less paper work and slowly removing the manual process of getting a sticker. Based on the gathered data from the survey, the system got a 3.96 rating from the students, a 3.714 rating from the security office staf, and a 3.066 rating from the IT experts. The data shows that the system met and completed the objectives given. Functionality, accessibility, and usability are the criteria used in the survey.
