Adviser: Melanie A., Crisostomo This study, entited "A community-based savings and lending management system," is about a financial management system that is organized and managed by members of a community or group. It is designed to enable individuals to save money, borrow money, and access credit within their community without having to rely on formal financial institutions such as banks. Manual record-keeping can be time-consuming, requiring considerable work to input, organize, and manage data. The researchers used research design and research instruments to fulfill the study. The research instruments used are interviews, the Internet, and questionnaires, The researcher used Agile methodology for the implementation plan. As the researchers gathered data for the system, the overall result of the evaluation testing shows that the overall mean of the respondents from Dolores Magalang's admin and treasurer strongly agreed that the system is useful to them, with a mean of 3.83 for both, while the members of the system strongly agreed that the system is effective, with a mean of 3.96. In this case, the researchers concluded that this study has successfully met the goals and objectives of the system. Overal, the purpose of COSLEM is to promote financial inclusion and provide access to financial services for those who might not have access to traditional financial institutions, while also promoting economic development and building community ties.
