PINGOL, Ph.D. : PAMPANGA STATE AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY : BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP YEAR COMPLETED: JUNE 2023 Shine's Closet is located at Purok 2, San Juan, San Luis Pampanga. The operating days of Shine's Closet is Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm. The business tagline "Wear and Set Trends" where the business offers clothes. The products of Shine's Closet are in the followings. Shoes, slippers, Short, Pants, Shirt, Umbrella, facemask, foam and Spcaker. Shine's Closet has a different styles and sizes of the said products. The products start at 25 pesos to 1,000 pesos it depends on the products. every business encountered problems. Shine's Closet encountered problems like in managing the customers b ecause the entrepreneur do all the responsibilities when the business is open. The entrepreneur also has a problem in supplies because the supplier can't assure the what sizes of the products can relcased. The entreprencur faces all the problems especially in the financing where sometimes the entrepreneurs misplace the other product and money. Lastly, the entrepreneur solved all that problem, the entrepreneur organized the business to avoid mistakes in inventory and to bring the busincss successful. The problem it has encountered was:(1) The entrepreneur always encounters problems in delivering the items (2) The entrepreneur faces the increasing of gas and the things she used in the pictorial, she pictures her item bcfore to post in social media (3) The entreprencur she always checks her inventory to maintain the exact record and to avoid missing item or money. To circumvent these problems, the owner listed the following solutions: (1) The entrepreneur hired delivery man to deliver the goods to the clients. (2) Because of pricing high of gas the entrepreneur buy a lot of products to have stock and minimized the cost of transportation. (3) In order to prevent missing items, the business owner always takes inventory.
