Baltazar The study titled, "Online Document Processing System for the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU'" was presented to the College of Engineering and Cormputer Studies (COECS). Its purpose is to provide employees with access to request travel pass orders and leave pass documents through an online processing system, aiming to eliminate the need for physical transactions in document processing at Pampanga State Agricultural University. The researcher conducted a study to guide the employees to request a travel pass and leave pass document in their HRMO through online processing. The primary objective of this capstone project is to demonstrate the capacity of human resources management in facilitating online organizational tasks. By offering a tool for document processing, this project empowers employees to efficiently fulfill their document-related needs, thereby enhancing organizational performance. The specific objectives of the capstone project are twofold: first, to develop a system that processes the documents required by employees in the HR department, and second, to establish a management system enabling employees and administrators to effectively oversee their work performance. This project serves as a crucial tool for managing and processing documents, consequently improving the performance level of the organization, especially considering the ongoing pandemic, which has significantly impacted the workforce. The results of this project will have a profound impact on the work and development of the HR department within the organizational framework.
