BACCAY The study entitled "VWeb based eRequest Assistance for Social Wetfare" was conducted to improve the process of delivering social wetfare services of the locale. For the reason that their current system causes more errors in faclitating and managing data records. As such, the researchers has developed a system with following specific objectives: to develop a system that has Login Verification for security purposes; to create a system that provides infomation regarding medical, educational and senior citizen assistance; to provide an online fom for claimant's assistance request to create a system that would allow the user to upload and submit required documents; to create a system that would notify the claimants assistance request; and to create a system for managing data record such as solo parent, person with disability, and senior citizen assistance. The researchers used different techniques such as interview, Internet search and Survey Questionnaires to gather all infomation needed in the completion of the study. The researchers adapted the Rapid Application Development methodology as it allows a fast development through the accelerated time cycle. For the design and development of the system, the researchers used different software such as Laravel as framework of PHP HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. To determine the design and flow of the system, different diagrams were also used such as Context Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and System Flowchart. Through testing the approval of capabilities and functions of the system to the users, the researchers collected a good result in the survey conducted and the study gathered a grand mean of 3.78 which implies that the respondents strongly agreed that the developed system has successfully meet the objectives.
