ABSTRACT Dela Cruz, Kit Alfred N., Magistrado, Magistrado, Sofia Faith B. Department of Computer Studies and Automation - College of Engineering and Computer Studies. January 2023. "WEB-BASED COMPUTER SYSTEM SERVICING NCII TUTORIAL WITH INTERACTIVE ASSESSMENT." Adviser: James Bryan T. Roman The web-based system servicing NCII tutorial is a system course created to enhance a computer system service technician's knowledge, abilities, and attitudes in accordance with industry standards. Along with the core competencies, it provides the basic and common skills needed to install and configure computers. set up servers and networks, and maintain and repair computer systems and networks. The goal of the web-based system tutorial is to produce a web-based NCII video tutorial with an interactive assessment that will benefit both the students and the teachers by enabling them to better engage in classroom discussions and better understand the web-based tutorial. The development of a web-based computer system servicing the NCII Tutorial was the focus of the capstone project. In order to find out if the students can perform at the levels necessary, this project assessed the students' skills in order to determine the competency requirements that have been created. Students can access course content with ease and flexibility through web-based tutorials. The processes are successfully and efficiently completed by the established system. Regarding the efficiency of the website system, NCII learning is beneficial for the students and teachers. In terms of developed websites, they give administrators access to all components and the ability to maintain and add information to all pages. The created system serves as a more effective instrument for instructing the student. The newly created NCII learning website is simple to use and comprehend. Comparing the new procedure to the conventional quiz- giving technique, it is more engaging.
