To meet the aim of the study, the researchers developed a web-based quiz bee competition platform with the main objectives of developing a web- based aystem for quiz bee competitions, designing a user interface for the player and quiz master, developing a aystem that automates the quiz bee competition in terms of question distribution, round setting, points tally, and participants standing, developing a aystem that allows the host of the quiz bee to input questiona into the system, and evaluating the design and functionality of the developed aystem. Through the development of the study, researchers used the Rapld Application Development Model, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Use Case Dlagram, System Flowchart, Context Diagram, and Entity Relationship to examine and determine the flow and output of the program, The researchers used HTML5/EJS as web structure, NodeJS for the back end, JavaScript for functionalities, Socket IO for the real-time transfer of data, and MongoDB for database management. Interviews, questionnaires, and internet research were the research instruments used in data gathering. The primary data collected in the presented questionnaires were interpreted using statistical procedures. A questionnaire has been distributed to 66 player users, eight (😎 Quiz Masters, and eight (😎 IT experts to evaluate the system's performance. A cumulative score and descriptive writing were used to interpret the data. Based on evaluation most of the respondents evaluate the performance of the system as "Strongly Agree", receiving a score of 3.77 for the player user and 3,85 for the quiz masters, and 3.72 for IT experts, garnering a grand mean of 3,78 indicating that the system meets the required functions and support the users' needs. The study concluded with a favorable outcome. The system is able to automate the manual process of the orthodox quiz bee competition. The system functionalities would be utilized with an internet connection and web browser.
