Abstract This study was conducted to determine the level of parents' awareness, attitude, and involvement in the implementation of modular distance learning in one of the schools in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. A multi-method design was employed to address each research question independently with both quantitative and qualitative data. The respondents of the quantitative phasee were 226 parents who answered a close-ended survey questionnaire to determine their awareness, attitude, and involvement levels. A focus group discussion with six parents was used to gather the qualitative data to validate their survey responses. The results showed that women made up the majority of parent respondents whose ages ranged from 31 to 40, were married, high school graduates, unemployed, and had a medium- sized family of 5 to 10 people. Moreover, parents had a high level of awareness, attitude, and involvement in the implementation of modul ar distance learning. The results further showed that there was no significant relationship between the parent's profile and their involvement in modular distance learning. However, there was a significant relationship between the parents' awareness and attitude in modular distance learning and their marital status, size of the family, and educational attainment. The focus group discussion results showed that parents' knowledge of modular distance learning, parent-teacher communication, children's desire for indepen dence, and balancing responsibilities were the factors that affected their awareness, attitude, and involvement in the modular distance learning. These results were used in developing an intervention program that effectively upheld the parents' awareness, attitude, and involvement during the implementation of modular distance learning. Keywords: Parents'awareness, parents' attitude, parents' involvement, modular distance learning.
