The study entitled "Android Based Guidance and Counselling with Scheduling System" aims to design and develop an android based guidance and counselling with scheduling system for the user who had mental disturbances. Specifically, it provides advice virtually to the user with their developing problems with scheduling system; provides assessment exam before the counseling and provides appropriate information regarding mental health issues. Chat bot will be provided if guidance counselor is not available. The system was created using HTML, PHP as scripting language and CSS for the design and for the developed android app, the developer used JAVA for scripting. the researcher's used research method and research instruments which is the agile life cycle model in making the study. The research instrument used were the following: Interview, internet research and questionnaire and analytical tool such as System Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram, Context Diagram and Use case Diagram. The researchers tallied and computed the data. When computation was done, it was revealed that the respondents strongly agreed with the functionality of Android Based Guidance and Counselling with Scheduling System. Based on the result on the information gathered from the survey, the goals and objectives set by the researchers have been successfully achieved. Therefore, it was concluded that the newly developed system complied with all its objectives.
