Bachelor of Science in Forestry major in Forest Resources Management Pampanga State Agricultural University Magalang Pampanga Adviser: CLAUDELYN D. DUMAGAS This study generally aimed to assess high school students of barangay Sta. Lucia San Isidro Magalang, Pampanga about their knowledge and awareness of the Narra trees' conservation status. Specifically, it sought to provide information about the different problems associated with Narra trees, their usage, importance, and different ways to help on their conservation status. Moreover, this study can also serve as a foundation for carrying out conservation-related actions and programs for future purposes. Data were gathered from two hundred-one respondents who are presently high school students from grade 8 to 12 in barangay Sta. Lucia San Isidro Magalang, Pampanga. Interview via Google Forms was used to conduct the survey. Frequency counts, mean, percentage, and standard deviations were used to analyze the data. The conservation status of Narra was studied among high school students of barangay Santa Lucia San Isidro Magalang, Pampanga. The study revealed that the majority of the students were aware of Narra trees' existence and conservation status. The study also discovered that the majority of the students had prior knowledge of the trees' use and importance. On the other hand, it found out that most students are unaware of the significance of the Narra tree, other than the fact that it is our national tree. Participation in seminars and other environment-related discussion are suggested for high school students. Also, creating more foundations, programs, and campaigns high schools can participate freely to provide opportunities for the younger generations to work on things that they do not have the ability to do on their own. These might well can be able to minimize the number of trees that can be endangered in the future.
