"WEB BASED PARENTS AND TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION SYSTEM" Adviser: Ms. Mary Ann B Tapiru The study, titled "Web Based Parents and Teachers Association System" was presented to the Department of Computer Studies and College of Engineering and Computer Studies. (CoECS). The PTA system was implemented as part of the study to improve communication between parents and teachers. The study Web Based Parents and Teachers Association System presented at Department of Computer Studies Association (DCSA). The aim of the study is to have the PTA Organization uniformed and informative system that will give the parents and teachers a place to look for information when it comes to PTA Organization. The researchers used the descriptive method for the research design methodology of the study. Data was gathered through interviews, Internet research, and surveys. The system was also designed using analytical tools such as the System Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagram. The system was developed by the researchers using PHP, the Laravel Framework, Bootstrap, MySQL, and other applications and technologies. According to the results of a study, the overall grand mean of the study results was 3.08 signifying that the respondents agreed that the developed system is beneficial, functional, useful, user-friendly, and convenient the system's validation by three IT experts yields a grand mean of 2.69, confirming the system's efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability.
