Bandol, MBM This study was intended for the use by barangays, with the primary objectives of developing a user-friendly system for tracking resident records that efficiently gathers resident information using an automated census form, avoids duplications, manages requests in blotter reports, and was _ significantly familiarized with barangay officials. In this study, the descriptive and developmental method were used, and a survey questionnaire was distributed online to 97 residents and seven (7) barangay employees of Barangay San Nicolas 1 Magalang, Pampanga, to evaluate the developed system and application performance. The entire study was conceptualized using other instruments such as interviews and research. Based on the results from the ninety-seven (97) residents, researchers got a total of 4.65 mean interpreted as strongly agree; furthermore, the evaluation of the staff and admin to the system got a total of 4.56 mean interpreted as strongly agree. Moreover, the result from the IT Expert scored an overall mean average of 4.54 is interpreted as excellent. Based on the results, most of the respondents evaluated the system and application as strongly agreed. On the other hand, IT Expert evaluated the system and application as excellent, indicating that the system meets its functional requirements and meets the needs of residents. Therefore, the developed system was found to be beneficial for residents and barangay employees in issuing documents online. i.
