Cha's Frozen Goods and Poultry Products offers two different varieties of products which is frozen goods and poultry products. The frozen goods that the business offers are longganisa, macao, hotdog, sliced ham, chicken tocino, pork tocino, ground beef, patties and sulit pack. While the poultry products offers by the business are eggs and chicken cull. These products are budget friendly, the prices are ranging from only P5.00 to P250.00. The business is located inside the Magalang Public Market. The business will cater all the customers around Magalang and some passerby from other city that are from Magalang. The business encountered a lot of problems, (1) The opening of the store of Cha's Frozen Goods and Poultry Products is four o'clock in the morning. Thus, the entrepreneur is having difficulty waking up early so the opening of the store will be late. (2) The entrepreneur cannot market the product like frozen goods in the market because she cannot bring the freezer to the market due to the limited space. (3) In terms of production, the production of the entrepreneur is affected from increasing prices of the raw materials. Sometimes the production is limited or lesser than before due to the increased price of raw materials. (4) In terms of financial aspect, at the first and second month operation of Cha's Frozen Goods and Poultry Products the total profit is not reaching its minimum quota. (5) Since the business is located at Magalang Public Market, the entrepreneur cannot avoid having garbage in the area everywhere. This is why there are a lot of flies around and in the end it will not look sanitized. But the entrepreneur overcome of it and found a way to solve those problems, (1) The entrepreneur learned how to manage her time in terms of opening the store. She also sets an alarm clock to wake up early to open the store. (2) Since the location of the business is near the house of the entrepreneur, once the frozen goods are about to defrost, the entrepreneur will send the goods to her house. Then, she will get another item that is still frozen to avoid spoilage. (3) To avoid a shortage of production, the entrepreneur looked for another supplier of raw materials which will support the old production of the products. (4) Since the entrepreneur cannot reach the minimum amount of profit, she decided to do extra selling like house to house selling. The entrepreneur did triple time on selling her products and a lot of effort she invested just to reach the minimum quota. (5) Since the Magalang Public Market has a problem in terms of cleanliness, the entrepreneur herself decided to clean the garbage every day to avoid the flies.
