The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices of Broiler Breeder Farm 8. The farm of Broiler Breeder Farm 8 is located at Barangay Pianas, Porac, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the farm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and financial aspects and to identify and analyze the problem encountered to give possible solutions and give recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through a series of interviews with the farm manager and supervisor. The data gathered came from the areas of the organization, investment, production, marketing, and fiance. The farm studied was a sole proprietorship and is a business registered under the name of Broiler Breeder Farm 8. It is owned by Khabuan Pamuntree who graduated in Bangkok, Thailand with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Major in Animal Science. It has 35 workers. Mr. Robin Santos was the farm manager. The problem identified was in terms of organization and marketing. Thus it is recommended that one of the workers will serve as supervisor to monitor the workers and installation of CCTV inside the tunnel ventilation. Lack of promotion is one of the problems encountered on the farm, and so it is recommendes that the company should actively promote on social media platforms and attract possibl customers in other areas. Also, the farm must give freebies such as hats, long sleeves « Jackets, and a calendar with their logo/ name.
