The purpose of this manuscript is to develop and evaluate a video-based instructional module in Mathematics 7. The study employed the Research and Development design in Crafting the instructional video module. Data collection was done using survey and analysis model of descriptive statistics. Twelve (12) validators evaluated the Content Validity Ratio as regards the topics to be included in the video module. On the other hand, nine (9) Mathematics and three (3) [CT Specialists evaluated the output. Based on the study, the development of the instructional videos was done in terms of the following: collecting and planning for the materials, identification of the competencies, constructing the structure of the lesson, creating a Canva presentation, recording the video, and editing the video. Hence, the instructional videos have passed the evaluation in four (4) categories: content quality, design/format quality, technical quality, and pedagogical quality, which means the output can be used as supplemental material.
