Proper management and utilization of laboratory equipment in a university helped to mamtain the laboratory equipment so that it can be used for a long penod of tme. This laboratory equipment is vital in imparting knowledge to the students. tt is a tooVequipment which can be used by faculty members to be able the students to understand more the knowledge imparted to them. It is also essential to know if the use of laboratory equipment is property utilized by the students and faculty members of the department This study aims to develop a Web-based Laboratory Equipment Management System that can manage the records of laboratory equipment, to develop a WebBased Laboratory Equipment Record Management System that can handle the schedule of borrowing and retum of DREAM laboratory Equipment, to have IT Experts that are willing to evaluate the system based on the design and ease of use of the system. The study adopted the use of the waterfall model of the SOLC; this model will be served as a guide for the researchers to clearly define each phase and provide a well-structured flow of the system. As weil as to easily understand the development process from beginning to end of the system. The system was developed using vanous technologies such as Codelgniter as the framework of PHP, HTML, JavaScnpt, and CSS. The respondents used online interviews and survey questionnaires to get their perception of the respondents towards developed applications, which they have used convenience sampling. The respondents of the study are the faculty members of DREAM, students from BS Agnculture and Biosystems Engineenng BSABE). They strongly agreed, both student borrowers and faculty members as custodians and administrators of the system, that the system is a great help in managing, ublizing, and monitoring the different laboratory equipment of DREAM.
