The study was conducted on the Month of October 2021 to November 2021 at Cabalantian Elementary School Annex, Magalang, Pampanga. The study aimed to select good mother trees using the standard selection criteria (stem straightness, stem forking, stem circularity, tree health) which was developed by the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources (DENR). All trees within the campus with the land area of 1 hectare was considered. Trees having the height 15m above and standard diameter of 30 to 70cm was candidate as good mother trees. The average height and diameter at breast height were 10.68 meters and 35.35cm respectively. The highest tree measured was 15 meters and the biggest diameter was 65 cm. Out of 100 trees only 1 satisfied the DENR Administrative Order 2010-11. The study revealed that most of the Trees were of low physical quality, with bent, forking, irregular stems end poor health.
