The study was conducted at Pineda's Cattle Farm. located in Barangay San Agustin Magalang, Pampanga. It provides information concerning the management operation of the firm, in terms of investments, organization, production, marketing and finance. This study offers information that might be needed in putting up a business for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially in the aspect of distributorship. For researchers, this will serve as a reference material to those who want to undertake similar studies along this topic. Primary data were gathered through series of personal interviews with the operations group head, finance head, sales supervisor and administrative personnel of Pineda's Cattle Farm. The needed data were on the areas of (1) investment, which consisted investment activities; (2) organization, composed of organizational chart, duties and responsibilities as well as human resource management; (3) operation, consisted the firm area, location and production process or the operation flow chart; (4) marketing, which composed of 7 C's of marketing; and (5) finance, consisted income statement and balance sheet. Secondary data were gathered from available literatures and other reading materials, such as from the Internet and libraries. The firm is a sole proprietorship type of business registered under the name Pineda's Cattle Farm whose the owner is Mr. Adrian Pineda. Problem identification and analysis was done regarding the organization and operation of the firm. The following are the problems encountered by the firm: (1) Lack of Man power (2) Limited production Capacity (3) Lack of Sales Strategy. Alternative courses of action were formulated for the existing problems of the firm. Based on evaluation, the following are recommended to improve the business operation of Pineda's Cattle Farm: for organization, The owner should hire workers that are man that have the strength to do enormous activities in the farm, the average man tends to be considerably stronger than the average of woman. for production, In this problem, limited production capacity, the researcher recommends alternative which is the owner should care and don't let to sell their heifer or female cow. More breeders more progenies to be produced. In this solution, the owner would invest more in cows and expanding his workplace so that later on he can buy more breeders and increase his production and sales annually.
