The general objective of this research is to evaluate the acceptability of fresh banaba leaves in making Tea. Findings revealed that in determining the level of acceptability of fresh banaba leaves, treatment 3 got the highest mean score with a descriptive rating of "like Extremely" followed by treatment 1 and treatment 2 having the least mean score with a descriptive rating of "Like moderately". Therefore, treatment 1 is the highest mean score among the 3 treatments.
