The study was conducted to analyze the marketing of com in the Municipality of Concepcion, Pampanga covering 6 selected barangays. A total of 43 respondents were identified in the study. The researcher used multi-stage random sampling procedure. The estimated per harvest and monthly income of the respondents ranging 40,001 and above got the highest response of 23 or 53.49% for farmers and 5 or 100% for traders. In terms of buying and selling method they used pick-up with a frequency of 31 or 72.1% for farmers and delivery for traders with 4 responses or 80%. The point of sale used was revealed to be 34 responses or 79.07% for the farmers and 5 responses or 100% for the traders. For the mode of payment, 36 or 83.72% of the farmers followed installment basis, while all of traders used cash. For the price determination of corn, respondents said that buyers were to determine the price. In financial management, for the source of capital, of the respondents mentioned credit with frequency of 29 or 64.44%. In terms of the capitalization, trader's initial capital ranging from 35,001 to 45,000 got a response of 2 or 40%, and additional source of capital from their personal savings. For the volume of products being transported by the traders, those ranging 501 to 550 got a frequency of 2 or 40%. In terms of workers' salary, the minimum the traders paid is 420 Php per day. As for the cost and return in cultivating of corns, the farmers had total sales of P218,428.52 in whole month of harvest. The expenses include the cost of Fertilizer, Gasoline, Herbicide, Insecticides and other agricultural supplies related with a total cost of P173,261.36. The Farmer earned a net profit of a P45,167.16. In cultivating and marketing corn, the farmers get a ROI of 26.07%. in terms of the average cost and return, of traders had total sales of P697,119 in a whole month. The expenses include the cost of gasoline and labor with a total cost of #522,851. The trader earned a net profit of a 174,268, and the traders get a ROI of 33.33%. In terms of problems, climate change had the highest rank and with 43 responses, and the fluctuating prices of corn and pests and insects had the highest rankings. As to the possible solutions, the farmers mentioned that they should always ask their municipal agriculturist when they're about to sell corn so that they can earn proper profits alongside the attendance to trainings and seminars about marketing so that they can learn the proper ways to sell their corns.
