The study entitled "Web-based System of Duyan ni Maria Children's Home" was presented to the Department of Computer Studies and Automation and College of Engineering and Computer Studies (CoECS). The researchers conducted the study at the Duyan ni Maria Children's Home in Dapdap, Mabalacat, Pampanga. The study developed a web-based information system for the orphanage administrator, as well as for potential donors and website subscribers. The primary objective of this study is to create a Web-based information system for the Duyan ni Maria Children's Home orphanage. The primary purpose of the system is to help the orphanage in raising awareness and obtaining sponsors from around the worid to support with expenses and financial support The researchers used the descriptive method for the research design methodology of the study. The researchers gathered data using a quantitative research method. interviews, observation, Intemet research, and questionnaires or surveys were used to collect data. The Iterative waterfall model was used by the researchers as their methodology in developing the system, which allowed them to access previous phases if there are changes. Additionally, analytical tools such as the System Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagram were used to design the system. The researchers developed the system using PHP, the Laravel Framework, Laragon, and MySQL, among other technologies. According to the results of a study, the overall grad mean was 3.70, indicating that respondents strongly agreed that the developed system is beneficial, functional, and useful. Furthermore, the orphanage's administrator affirmed strong support for the system's donation process information availability, accessibilty, convenient design, and user-friendly functionality, with a mean rating of 4.0. The validation of the system by five IT experts results in a grand mean of 3.30; this proves the website's efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability.
