This study aims to develop an automated work order management system for the Management Information System (MIS) Office of Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU). Specifically, it targets to develop and design a system for computer devices and to evaluate and validate that system in terms of user-friendliness, functionality, and accuracy. The MIS Office, PSAU employees, and Information Technology (IT) professionals - who were selected to analyze and test the system's functionality and features - were the major respondents of this capstone project. The researchers used Scrum Method for the research design methodology of the study. Data was gathered through interviews, Internet research, and surveys. Analytical tools such as the System Flow Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagram were also used to build the system. The researchers created the system with PHP, Cascading Style Sheets, Bootstrap, and HTML. According to the result of the study, the overall grand mean of the study results was 3.64, signifying that the respondents strongly agreed that the developed system is beneficial, functional, useful, and user-friendly. The system's validation by five IT Experts yields a grand mean of 3.5, confirming the systems reliability, acceptability, and security. As the result, the researchers conclude that having a functional work order management system can provide the PSAU employees a more organized, convenient, and more efficient way of filing work requests to the MIS Office. in addition, the system benefits the MiS Office as well since it provides a more systemic manner of handling, managing, and scheduling work requests in the University.
