The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the world with its continuous presence resulting in an unprecedented collective crisis among nations. Many countries raised a state of emergency that pushed their economies on hold, imposed tourism bans and froze the education system. Fortunately, the world has adopted a digitalized education, paving the way towards continuous leaming in this new normal. Leaming in the new normal is considered a challenge for the teachers, students, and parents. With the ongoing restrictions of traditional face-to-face fearing in both public and private schools of the Philippines, the Department of Education has adopted new learning strategies - modular leaming, distance teaming, and a blended learning approach. The lack of information on these new normal learning strategies has caused distress for students and parents alike. Thus, the main purpose of this study was to create a web-based educational institution finder for the municipality of Camiling, Quizon, Paolo C.2. The website aims to aid incoming students and their parents to choose the best feasible option of schools within the locale. The municipality of Camiling, being one of the populated locales in the province of Tarlac, consists of 48 public schools and 8 private schools. This research explored the challenges encountered by these academic institutions and analyzed their action plans and solutions to address these difficulties. The study employed a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, adapting a triangulated approach in gathering data from survey questionnaires, interview questionnaires, and GIS mapping. Results gathered from these sources served as a basis for the information published in the web-based educational institution finder entitled PAGADALAK.
