The study was conducted to evaluate the management practices and operation of PSAU Mixed Orchard Project which is located at PAC, San Agustin, Magalang, Pampanga. Specifically, it sought to trace the historical background of the firm and management activities in terms of organization, investment, production, marketing and ts. Also, this study intended to identify and analyze the problems financial aspec ji encountered, to give feasible solutions and to offer recommendations to the existing problems. Primary data were gathered through a series of personal interviews with the OBA director, Assistant director, Officer-In-Charge, Assistant Officer-In-Charge of PSAU Mixed Orchard Project and other employees as well. Secondary data were gathered from current data available and other reading materials. The project is headed by Office-in Charge Mr. Carlo G. Cunanan. Financial statements and ratios were done to determine the financial standing of the firm. The result of the analysis showed that the firm is financialh stable. Identification and problem analysis were done regarding the organization production and marketing operations of the firm. In operation, there were eight problem encountered, In organization; there were two problems encountered. In marketing, the: was one problem encountered. In finance, there was one problem encountered. In CS there was one problem encountered. Alternative courses of action were formulated for t existing problems and recommendations are forwarded.
