The study entitled "Web-based PSAU Scholarship Unit" was presented to the College of Engineering and Computer Studies (CoECS). The system was designed to create a web-based PSAU scholarship for the scholarship unit of Pampanga State Agricultural University. The researchers conducted a study to guide the students to apply and find a scholarship. The researchers used different techniques such as interviews and internet research to gather all the information needed for the development of the study. For the design and development of the system, the researchers used different software and languages such as JavaScript, MySQL, Notepad++, Adobe cs6, Domain Name System (DNS), Platform, and bandwidth. The methodology used by the researchers was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and to determine the design and flow of the system, different diagrams were also used such as Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, and System Flow Chart. Based on the results of the survey from 100 respondents who evaluated the functionality of the system, the researchers gathered an over-all mean of 3.53 with the interpretation of Strongly Agree. It was concluded that the system really helps the respondents to apply a scholarship in the university. The result implies that the study met Its all objectives.
