Chock'en is a meat product business that is located at Barangay San Nicolas 2, Magalang, Pampanga. The entrepreneur displays the products in his stall. He also delivers and accepts pre-orders of fresh broiler chicken. The business firm was named "Chock'en Poultry Business" with the tagline "Poultry business with positive attitude". This is because the entrepreneur believes that when a person has a positive attitude, everything comes smoothly. The customers will patronize the products and many opportunities will come. The entrepreneur chose to launch this type of enterprise because he wanted to concentrate on the poultry industry, especially chicken. This is because he was aware of how much Filipinos liked chicken meat that can be consumed daily and even used in special occasions. During the business implementation period, the entrepreneur encountered some problems. First, the shortage of laborers. The entrepreneur had a hard time because he only has one laborer to help him in the business. Another thing is the lack of time. Since there are only two running the business, there are times that they have to double time but it is not enough to cater all the customers' orders. Next, the entrepreneur faced problems on the spoiling of raw ingredients, as well as the lack of supply and fluctuating cost of the necessary goods and resources for production of products. In addition, he experienced the lack of funds. High quality chopping boards and peelers are required but the fund is insufficient. The entrepreneur is not yet prepared to pay the equipment's price. The solutions undertaken were as follows. First, the business owner ought to employ someone, especially for delivering goods to customers. Also, the business owner initially made a list of everything that needed to be done so that on the next day it will remind him of his responsibilities. Second, the entrepreneur managed to store the items correctly to prevent spoiling like using a refrigerator.
